As we age, our bodies change. We need to consume more nutrients in fewer calories. We have to pay special attention to our eyes and teeth. And we have to keep moving. Otherwise, we increase the risk of getting or worsening diseases and chronic health conditions, losing mobility and independence, and compromising quality of life.
